戴上紧箍咒，它就拥有了可以打败牛魔王求出紫霞仙子的力量，不戴紧箍咒他和她都会死。但是戴或不戴孙悟空都做不回至尊宝了。


曾经有一份真挚的爱情摆在我的面前，我没有珍惜，等我失去的时候才追悔莫及，人间最痛苦的事莫过于此。如果上天能给我一次再来一次的机会，我会对哪个女孩说三个字：我爱你，如果非要在这份爱上加一个期限，我希望是一万年！”这是至尊宝在戴上紧箍咒前说过的一句话。菩萨曾经告诉过他，戴上了紧箍咒，就会断绝世上所有的情欲，你不后悔吗？至尊宝这样回答的：无所谓了，生亦何欢，死亦何苦。不戴紧箍如何救你？戴上紧箍如何爱你？但是当自己心爱的女人死在自己面前时，他终究还是哭了。


他究竟是无所谓，还是无奈？

《大话西游》里孙悟空说：“我不戴金箍，救不了她；戴了金箍，爱不了她。”一万年太久，只争朝夕。一路走来，才发现没有什么是永垂不朽的。我们才终于懂得，曾经离我们一步之遥的人，一旦错过，之后即使化身盖世英雄，身披金衣战甲，脚踏七彩祥云，一跃十万八千里，也未必追的回来。

人的一生面临着很多的抉择，有抉择就有痛苦失落，断舍离做到何其难！面对金箍至尊宝也要做出抉择，戴上金箍可以救爱人出水火，但从此却要失去爱情，不戴金箍，就要看着爱人坠入魔手。牺牲爱情挽救爱人，是至尊宝本性的选择，变成孙悟空便是大义的选择，挽救众生之苦，自己承受感情之苦，无论是凡人还是成为神仙戴上金箍都是至尊宝的唯一选择。尘归尘，土归土，原来只是大梦一场，伊人归去化灯芯，金箍束发别凡尘。最后的城墙武士寄托了至尊宝内心最真实的想法，珍惜感情能爱的时候就应该好好的爱，别失去了后悔莫及。假借武士之身，也是至尊宝成为孙悟空后最后感情的释放，完成悟道断舍离。


我记得至尊宝说过，不明白为何一个人心里的仇恨，会延续几百年。所以他选择戴上金箍，是极富使命感的。


为了使命，他不得不割舍人世间的情缘，放下心爱的女人。所以至尊宝说出那段经典的台词，是在追悔当初没有好好对紫霞仙子。


这其实跟我们常人的成长史一样，年轻时不懂珍惜身边美好的时光，等我们不得不踏入社会，为了生活，为了家庭去奔波的时候，想珍惜曾经漠视的东西，但已经来不及了。
