东方人比较含蓄，总会不太好意思拒绝别人，再碰上语言障碍就更不会说"No"了！
先来学学怎样表达“我不喜欢这样”, 再去磨脸皮。

首先当然可以说“I don't like it”,但听起来有点过硬了。其它表达还有：
1. I dislike it. "我不喜欢这个。"
例句：
I dislike the way it tastes. 我不喜欢它的味道。

2. I’m not into it. “我对这个不是很感兴趣。”
口语化，也比较委婉。
例句：
A：You want to go to the football game?
B： Nah, I'm not into that but thanks though.
A: 你想去看橄榄球么？
B: 不了，我对那个不太感兴趣，不过谢谢啦！

3. I’m not fond of it. "我不是那个喜欢这个。"
口语化
例句：
A: Do you want the durian cake?
B: No, I'm not really fond of the smell.
A: 你想吃榴莲蛋糕么？
B: 不用了，我不是很喜欢那个味道。

4. I’m not crazy about it. "我没那么个迷这个啦。"
口语化，委婉的表达
A: Do you want durian flavored ice-cream?
B：Oh, no, I'm not crazy about that taste.
A: 你要榴莲味的冰激淋么?
B: 哦，不要，我没那么喜欢那个味道。

5. I don’t appreciate that.
正式一些地表达“我不喜欢这样”。
例句：
I don’t appreciate being shouted at in public.
我不希望／喜欢别人在公共场合冲我喊。
Helen did not appreciate her gift, she thought it was inappropriate.
海伦不太喜欢收到的礼物，觉得不是很合适。

6. It doesn’t tickle my fancy.
口语化表达，这个没那么让我感兴趣。
When we say something did not tickle our fancy, it means we did not find it appealing, funny or interesting.
例句：
That comedian’s sense of humour doesn’t tickle my fancy.
我不觉得那个喜剧演员有什么搞笑的。
I love that Halloween party concept but the idea of having blood everywhere doesn’t tickle my fancy, it’s a bit gross.
我喜欢万圣节派对，但是到处都是血的派对我可真不敢兴趣，有点恶心。

7. I’m disinterested in that. 我对此不感兴趣。
很少用到。
例句：
My friends are all disinterested in politics.
我朋友们对政治都不感兴趣。

8. That’s not for me. 那个不适合我。
口语化，委婉实用的表达。（不是我不喜欢，是这个不适合我。）
例句：
Everyone loves that TV series but it’s not for me.
大家都喜欢追那个剧但真的不太适合我。
The new fashion trend of high-wasted skirts is not for me.
现在流行的高腰裙子真不太适合我。

9. I’m not a big fan of it. 我不是这个的超级粉丝。
口语化，委婉实用。
例句：
A: Want to go to a baseball game?
B: Nah, not a big fan of it.
A：要不要去看棒球赛？
B: 不要了，我不是棒球粉。

10. I’ll pass. 这次就算了。
超级实用。不说喜欢不喜欢，就说“这次不了。”
例句：
A: Want to join us at the bar?
B: Nah, I'll pass, got a lot to do, thanks though.
A: 一起去喝一杯吧？
B:不了，还有好多事儿呢，谢啦！
11. I don't feel like it. 我现在不太想。。。
口语化，强调是现在这一刻不想做什么事情。
例句：
A: Hey, you want to go grub a coffee?
B：Nah, don't feel like it now, maybe later.
A：嘿，喝咖啡么？
B：不了，现在不想喝，待会儿吧。

12. It's not my favorite. 这个嘛，不是我最喜欢的（其实我一点都不喜欢！）
口语化，很委婉的表达自己不喜欢什么。
例句：
A：I love durian cakes! You want to order one?
B: Not really, it's really not my favorite.
A：我超爱吃榴莲蛋糕！想不想买一个？
B：啊。。。不要了啦，我不是特别喜欢吃那个。

13. It's not my cup of tea. 这个不是我的菜。
口语化
例句：
A：This is a great book! Want to read it?
B: Nah, reading is not my cup of tea.
A：这本书太好看了！想看么？
B：额不用了，看书不是我的菜。

14. It's not my thing. 这不是我的菜。
口语化
例句：
A：Come and run with us!
B：Nah, sport is really not my thing.
A：来跟我们一起跑步吧！
B：算了吧，运动跟我关系不大。

15. No, thank you. I'm good! 哦谢谢不用了。我这样就好了。
口语化
A: You want hot sauce?
B: No, I'm good. Thank you though.
A：你要加辣酱么？
B：哦不用了，我就这样就好。
