首先要纠正家长朋友的一个误区。

口语是个长期积累的输出能力，是对孩子综合能力的考察，所以短期内让全然不开口表达的孩子出口成章，是绝对不可能的。


就好比刚会走的孩子，要求他跑起来，还得参加运动会跑个全校第一，是天方夜谭。口语和面试也是如此 。


我们只能教已经会跑的孩子，如何跑得更稳，利用弯道超车的技巧跑得更快。最重要的还是大家日常对于口语能力的培养。


下面就让我们了解一下面试考试弯道超车的技巧。

面试分为两大板块，

第一板块是自我介绍，

有部分学校是要求拍摄视频上传链接，这就意味着有相当大的可操作性，大家可以进行充分的准备，甚至可以使用一些小道具来让自己的表现更佳自信和自然。还有一些学校是现场进行自我介绍提问。

第二板块是即兴问答，

即兴问答板块是在现场进行问答，提问可能是按照所提交的视频根据内容进行提问，也可能是根据现场的自我介绍进行提问，还有可能是学校的题库，抽取部分问题提问。


我们的面试技巧会从以上两部分来教授。
